Here's a short audio slideshow from a spice tour on the East African island of Zanzibar, where the guide describes growing coffee, with an almost comical intonation - he really enjoyed being a "character" to entertain the foreign visitors.

It is an interesting combination of pictures and sound, despite lack of the sync. Do you have more of similar material from Africa?
I do have more content from the three week journey last year. I have photos, audio recordings and GPS track logs. Currently I've digging through the audio material to pull out some of the more interesting bits which I will illustrate with images, like in this piece. Eventually I plan to tie the story bits together with an interactive map from the tack logs. Look for more new pieces on the blog over the next couple weeks.
