The Rhode Island South County Art Association has awarded my print the first place distinction in their annual juried photography exhibit. The piece, entitled Clean Air, features a seagull captured in mid-air, directly above the smokestacks of the Providence power plant. To be honest it was the lucky result of an afternoon of practice tracking objects in motion in a park by the bay. The print was made on an Epson 2200 and nicely framed at Picture This in Providence.
