Summit Mt. Webster

We spent the holiday weekend at my parent's ranchito up in the hills. On the 4th, Bethany and I conquered the summit of Mount Webster, in the Presidential Range of the White Mountains. It was a gorgeous day spent hiking up a rough trail, with nice treats along the way like many wild mushrooms, a snake, a sweet waterfall, and great views from the top. We are hoping to find time to do the rest of the peaks soon!

Featured in Starved Magazine

Last night was the launch party for Starved Magazine, a new publication for and about the freelance creative community in NYC. My work is featured in the premiere issue, along with a nice biographical profile written by William Staley (Art/Design/Effect). Among the other things I found interesting were the inspired abstract photographs of Avery McCarthy (At the Edge of What We Know) and Colin Fowler's healthy attitude toward photography: it starts with the vision not with the trigger (Will Create for Food). Don't let the name of the magazine deceive you - I'm quite well fed, thank you! ;)
